1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By registering an account with g888 or by using any part of the g888 platform, you expressly agree to be bound by this Agreement and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the g888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

1.2 This Agreement applies to all products and services offered through the g888 platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, exclusive games, and any other gaming or wagering products made available from time to time.

1.3 g888 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by you on the g888 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your g888 Account, including real-money funds and bonus funds (where separately indicated).
• "Bet / Wager" means any real-money stake placed on any game, event, or outcome available on the g888 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to your Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by g888 prior to processing withdrawals.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency of the g888 platform.
• "Platform" means the g888 website, mobile web, and any other interface through which g888 services are accessed.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where access to online gaming platforms is prohibited by applicable law.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Bet on g888. g888 applies a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and any funds deposited will be returned to the deposit source after deducting any winnings generated.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account. g888 does not accept registrations from Prohibited Jurisdictions. If your jurisdiction is subsequently determined to be prohibited, g888 reserves the right to close your Account and process a withdrawal of your verified real-money balance.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account on the g888 platform. Holding multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any accumulated balances.

3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and keep that information up to date. g888 may request documentary evidence to verify the information provided at any time.

3.5 KYC Verification. g888 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC documentation typically includes a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC) and proof of payment method ownership. g888 may request additional documentation at its discretion.

4 Account Management

4.1 Login Credentials. You are solely responsible for the security of your Account login credentials. g888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must not share your password with any third party.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify g888 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. g888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.3 Account Currency. All g888 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). g888 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any funds deposited in a currency other than PKR will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and any associated conversion costs will be borne by the Player.

4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. g888 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive Accounts, provided that the Account Balance will never be reduced below zero. You will be notified by email before any such fee is applied.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. g888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, and USDT. g888 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on g888 is PKR 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account and will be returned to the originating payment source.

5.3 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your g888 Account in real time. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically credited within one (1) to three (3) business hours, subject to the operating hours of the relevant financial institution.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within one (1) to four (4) hours during standard operating hours. g888 targets same-day processing for all verified withdrawal requests received before 10:00 PM PKT. Requests received after this time will be processed on the following business day.

5.5 Withdrawal to Same Method. g888 applies an anti-money-laundering requirement that withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount of that deposit. Any excess balance may be withdrawn to an alternative verified payment method at g888's discretion.

5.6 No Third-Party Payments. g888 will not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, third-party payment sources. All funds must originate from and return to a payment method registered in your own name.

5.7 Fees. g888 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may impose their own charges, which are your sole responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by g888 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times, including through the creation of duplicate Accounts, will be treated as a violation of this Agreement.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that remain in your Account after the expiry date specified in the relevant promotion terms will be forfeited automatically. It is your responsibility to monitor the expiry dates of any bonuses credited to your Account.

6.5 Abuse of Promotions. g888 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk bets solely to satisfy Wagering Requirements, or exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Rules. Each game offered on the g888 platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules of each game before placing any Bet.

7.2 Bet Acceptance. All Bets placed on g888 are subject to acceptance by the platform. g888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Bet at its sole discretion, including where a Bet has been placed on an event or outcome that has already been determined.

7.3 System Errors. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or game error that results in an incorrect payout or Bet acceptance, g888 reserves the right to void the affected Bets and return stakes to the Player's Account. g888 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.

7.4 Cancellation of Events. In the event that a sporting event or match is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum play required to determine a result, all Bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Players' Accounts, unless the specific sport rules published on the platform state otherwise.

8 Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the g888 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any Account Balance, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place Bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker or other collusive strategies in live table games.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Any such advantage gained must be reported to g888 immediately.
• Placing Bets using information that constitutes insider knowledge in breach of applicable sports integrity regulations.
• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing g888 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the g888 platform — including but not limited to the g888 brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and design — is the intellectual property of g888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the g888 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works based on any g888 content without prior written consent.

9.3 Any unauthorised use of g888 intellectual property will constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 g888 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, g888 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 g888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Internet connectivity disruptions or mobile network failures affecting your access to g888.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

10.3 In any event, g888's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your g888 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

11.1 g888 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at g888.games/privacy-policy.

11.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

11.3 g888 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the provision of the g888 service.

12 Responsible Gaming

12.1 g888 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders and automatic session cut-offs to manage your time on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the g888 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by You. You may close your g888 Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within five (5) business days.

13.2 Suspension or Termination by g888. g888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect where:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement.
• g888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity associated with your Account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Continued provision of services to you would expose g888 to legal or regulatory risk.
• You have engaged in conduct that g888 considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or other Players.

13.3 Where an Account is terminated due to a breach of this Agreement, g888 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the Account pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, the withheld balance may be forfeited in its entirety.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

14.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which g888 holds its operating licence.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding any Bet, transaction, or aspect of your Account, you must first contact g888 support and allow a reasonable period of not less than fourteen (14) days for g888 to investigate and respond. g888 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

14.3 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with g888's resolution of your dispute, you may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming regulatory authority under whose licence g888 operates. Details of the applicable regulatory authority are available upon request from g888 support.

15 Amendments to This Agreement

15.1 g888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, g888 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

15.2 The current version of this Agreement is always accessible at g888.games/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

15.3 If you do not agree with any amendments to this Agreement, you must cease using the g888 platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Clause 13.1.
